We can used dens_rank() function to find the rank of salaries of employees and then put in a subquery to get rank is equal to 3.

How to save money to build wealth?

 For any one to build wealth , one  must be disciplined in and have consistency in their actions. Most people start few things and after few days they lose momentum, stop focusing on what they started. Forming a habit is important which puts you in auto pilot mode.

To save money :

Take a decision to save at least 40 % of monthly earning. 

Cut your unnecessary expenses

Delay big ticket desire until you have a decent wealth is built

Buy only what is needed

Stay way from debt and paying interest until you built wealth

Do not lend your saved money to your friends , family unless is really required. Money makes people bad.

Start putting your saved money into debt funds until your decent amount of funds are built.

Once a decent amount of funds are available , buy some good /valuable equities, real estate, gold etc.

Do not swap your funds too money times, let the compounding power take place. 

Be patient so that your money multiplies

Risk management is key to everybody's life. 

In that aspect, an earning person of a family must have a term life insurance. Most of the insurance companies try to sell money back or investment related insurance plans. But one but be aware that , we should not mix investments with Insurance. Insurance is purely for the risk management in life. The returns associated with insurance products wont beat the inflation or the long-term market returns.

His/Her entire family must have health insurance. Even if the person has company sponsored health insurance, the person must take their own health insurance, so that when in job loss or not working anymore, the person can have the health insurance covering the emergency medical  expenses. 

Every individual should opt for term life insurance, health insurance. 

Are IT employees in india changing jobs too fast or Companies forcing them to change?

In a sense both are true. It's the mindset difference between employees and the employers .  How ?

Employees join a company with lot of aspirations. As the years pass in their careers they get lost in the middle unless they are either highly talented or truely lucky . For most of the employees issues are compensation not being competitive as per market , not getting promotion, improper work life balance,  manager issues, no projects with latest technologies,  no recognisation , lack of support from peers, no work life balance etc. But for most of the is the salary issue. When one joins a company they joins as per market salary . Let's take an example,  a 3 years experience joins with 6 lakhs package . He/She gets 10+10+10 % hike for 3 years.  By 6 years of experience he would have got promoted with  a total hike of 30% . Package comes to 7.8L for 6 years experience . Now this a tricky situation for employee and employer.  Employee thinks that he/she is underpaid when  compared to market where in the same company a person with 6 years experience resource joins with 10-12+ pkg. Employer thinks that they gave as per the standard process and cannot go beyond the company standards . If they do so , every one will follow . Most of the companies dont entertain employees renegotiating their packages. Employees tend to get frustrated and leave the organizations. 

Looking at the overall picture employees are forced to leave , and this appears employees are too fast in changing companies.

How do I remove previous version of windows in Windows 10?

If you have updated your windows OS to Windows 10, you will be probably wondering what happened to the previous version of the windows 7/8. Your old OS won't get deleted/erased. Windows creates a folder as Windows.old in Windows installation folder.  You can see in the below picture.

If in a month's time after upgrade to windows 10 ,if you want to revert back to the previous version of windows this will let you to go back to the previous version. The previous version will be available till one month from the upgrade to windows 10 .

There are two ways how this can get deleted.

1. Windows will automatically delete the previous version after one month from the upgrade to Windows 10.

2. If you are in short of the free space in your windows installation drive you can safely delete previous version following the below steps.

·         From the cortona search type storage and click enter.

·         Storage window will appear as below

·         Click on the windows installation derive

·         This will show the storage usage as below

·        

·         click on temporary files  as shown in the below picture.

·        

·         As show in the below picture , it will show the size of the previous windows version.

·         If you don't need it ,click delete previous version

·        

·         Within few minutes this will free up the space.

·         Note: If the previous version of windows gets delete, if you not be able to revert back to previous version. Delete only if you are short of space.

Yes, I am talking about marathahalli, the nearest place to major techparks in Bangalore. It’s the most neglected place too and the reasons are unknown. May be the elected people are sleeping. According to the ratings given by Govt. of India , Bangalore is the 7th cleanest city.

Marathahalli, 8.4 KM to ITPL Back Gate, 9 KM to ECO Space, 4.3 KM to Prestige Tech Park, 4.5 KM to Embassy Tech Village, 9.1 KM to Bhagmani Tech Park, 7.6 KM to Embassy GolfLinks, 18 KM to Kalyani Magnum Infotech Park, 18 KM to Manayata Tech Park,22 KM to Electronic City. Most to the techies live in Marathahalli

Being Bangalore rated as the best clean and green city in India, sanitation is the worst in Marathahalli, Bangalore. Roads are muddy and dusty. When a vehicle rushes, dust will spread allover the air, causing difficulties to breath especially for people with respiratory problems. No proper drainage system. When it rains, roads are full of mud causing inconvenience to step. Drainage's leaks and overflows on the roads. Wherever the roads are good, telecom people digs the clean and neat roads for cabling leaves without covering properly. Those places will be not be covered with tar road again. The dust in the air will sit on the eatables prepared by the shops. There are no street roads at all in Marathahalli. All the houses are coated with red dust flown through the air. 

Electricity problems are count less. Villages in other states are getting 24/7 power supply. The city where most of the techies live has power cuts from 4-5 hours per day , causing difficulties for work from home, online business, online purchase, etc. This makes people who work from home necessary to travel to offices all the 20 km for few hours of work which can be done at home if power supply exists. 

So, Media and govt officials  never say Bangalore is the cleanest again.
